Revell 1/32 NSU TT Racing Slot Car (08384)

Characteristic for the NSU TT, produced since 1967, was the low vehicle weight - in the series version 685 kilograms - as well as its 65 hp 1.2 litre engine. For its size, the performance of the TT was truly exceptional, so much so that it soon proved to be the ideal racing car. To improve its racing qualities still further, the car underwent a number of technical refinements: the bonnet was propped up to provide better cooling and an oil radiator was additionally mounted underneath the bumper bar. Racing since 1988, Heinz Fleischhauer has more than once been a group H winner in the Divinol Cup and the Youngtimer Trophy. Since being restored in 1993, Heinz Fleischhauer's NSU has been used exclusively as a racing car in circuit racing. The TT (approx. 120 hp) also takes part in the NSU Mountain Cup Race in Osnabr??ck, Germany.
